Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- Returned in their original condition
- Returned with original packaging whenever possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll review your request and work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received an incorrect item, contact our support team. We'll do our best to assist you with an exchange whenever possible.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we'll provide instructions for resolving the issue.
For eligible returns that are not the result of our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
