How long does order processing take?
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment location. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed arrival date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Why is my order arriving in separate packages?
Some orders may be produced or fulfilled at different locations. When this happens, products from the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability will be shown during checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees required by their country.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the product-specific measurements and our Size Guide before ordering. Compare those measurements with a similar garment you already own for the most accurate fit.
Are the T-shirts and hoodies oversized?
Some products are intentionally designed with a relaxed or oversized fit. Always review the individual product description and size information because fit may differ between products.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact customer support as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.
Can I return an item?
Eligible products may be returned according to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must generally be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Can the printed color look different from the website?
Minor color differences may occur because of screen settings, fabric color, garment texture, lighting, and the printing process. Small variations in print placement may also occur during production.
How should I care for printed apparel?
- Turn the garment inside out before washing
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Use a mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly over the printed artwork
- Do not dry clean unless the product label permits it
